Brief description of working process
1. The heat transfer oil produced by the mold temperature controller circulates in the hot plate channel of the hot press, so that the temperature of the hot plate rises to the process requirements and maintains the temperature. The roller brush and the compressed air pipeline clean the rubber blocks and debris.
2. The pre-made square cabin panels are placed on the feed belt conveyor. The feed belt conveyor and the high-temperature resistant Teflon conveyor belt of the hot press move at the same speed, and the square cabin panels are sent to the hot press.
3. The upper hot plate of the hot press press is pressed down to close, pressurize, and maintain pressure. The adhesive in the square cabin panel is solidified under the action of temperature and pressure, and all the components of the square cabin panel are firmly bonded together to form a whole plate. When the pressure holding time is up, the hot press automatically releases pressure and returns.
4. The Teflon conveyor belt in the hot press moves in the same direction and speed as the discharge roller conveyor, and the pressed square cabin panels are sent to the discharge roller conveyor.
5. As the above cycle, the production line will continuously produce high-quality square cabin panels.

Main Components and Features of Hot Press Machine
The hot press machine is mainly composed of a frame, hot pressing plates, upper and lower working tables, cylinder synchronization mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical control system, automatic heating system, etc. |
1. Rack |
The material is Q355B40 thick steel plate. After detailed theoretical calculation and combined with years of manufacturing experience, the strength and rigidity are guaranteed. It is made by laser cutting and mechanical processing. The hydraulic clamping force is evenly distributed on the hot press plate to ensure the accuracy and safety of the hot press plate. The frame is stable and does not deform after long-term work.
The gantry frame is evenly arranged on the base along the length of the hot plate. By adjusting the base, the levelness of the entire machine can be guaranteed and the dimensional accuracy of the pressed product can be improved. |
2. Hot pressing plate |
1) This component is the main component. It is made of Q355B hot press steel plate with specifications of 10000*3000*70. The working surface is finely processed by drilling, milling, grinding and other processes on large CNC gantry machine tools, with surface roughness ≤1.6um, flatness ≤0.15mm, and parallelism ≤0.20mm. |
2) The hot oil channels are evenly distributed, and the temperature uniformity of the entire hot plate is ≤±3°C (during the insulation process). The temperature can be controlled in different zones. |
3) To prevent heat loss, a 5mm thick Osong insulation board is placed between the non-working surface of the hot plate and the outer beam for insulation. |
4) The hydraulic clamping force needs to be evenly distributed on the hot plate to ensure the accuracy and safety of the hot plate. Pressure zoning control can also be achieved. |
5) A temperature sensor is installed at the hot plate in and out of the heating area to achieve better temperature monitoring. |
6) It has good anti-leakage and pressure resistance performance, and there is no leakage during the pressure test under 0.6MPa. |
7) The lifting and lowering of the movable hot plate can be operated continuously or in a jog mode, that is, the movable hot plate can stay at any position within the stroke (this can be achieved in manual mode). The movable hot plate remains smooth and does not jam during movement. |
8) After the movable hot plate moves downward to the position, the pressure rises and stops automatically after reaching the set pressure. |
9) The press machine is to carry out lead pressing test at a hot plate temperature of 50°C, with the pressure set at 5MPa and the pressure maintained for 1 min. Within the range of 10000mm×3000mm, the thickness error is ≤0.30mm. |
3. Hot plate lifting and lowering synchronous balancing mechanism. |
The balancing device is composed of a gear rack synchronous shaft, which is fixed to the frame and fixed to the movable workbench, and moves up and down with the workbench. This device is combined with advanced hydraulic balancing technology to effectively control the movement stability of the upper hot platen and the movable workbench, so that the non-parallelism of the rise and fall relative to the fixed workbench is controlled at about 2mm (during movement). |
