1. Work surface (template): It is composed of work surface frame, template plate, frame (vacuum frame), etc., with a length of 14000 mm and a width of 3000 mm; the overall surface flatness in the free state is < 2 mm; the flatness per square meter is 0.5 mm; Surface roughness Ra3.2; each component has sufficient strength, and no abnormal phenomena such as deformation or tilt should occur when working at full load.
