Functions of the Spraying Machine Equipment

1.Automatic Edge-Seeking Mode - Automatically identifies non-standard boards and only coats the effective area, with precise glue positioning and freely settable glue margins. 

2.Automatic Variable Speed Mode - The equipment automatically controls the conveyor speed according to the width of non-standard boards to achieve uniform coating control.

3.The equipment has the function of proportion testing and proportion imbalance alarm. It will give an immediate alarm when an abnormality occurs to prevent batch production of waste products. 

4.The equipment uses imported mixing tubes for mixing, which makes the mixing more uniform and avoiding unevenness due to significant disparity in glue ratios (e.g., 4:1, 5:1, 10:1).

5.The coating head is equipped with a pulse-type air mist cleaning function, with freely settable cleaning times and cycles, using sealed containers to collect the waste and prevent solvent pollution during cleaning, no need for manual cleaning and solving common clogging issues in similar equipment.  

6.The coating head is made of aviation-grade aluminum in one piece, with an imported anti-stick coating on the surface (unlike the plastic coating heads combined on the market), featuring corrosion resistance, backflow prevention, and a quick-release structure for easy cleaning. 7.Two sets of pipelines are equipped with hydraulic sensors, which can automatically stop the machine and trigger an alarm in case of blockage or excessive pressure to protect the equipment.
